Mie & Him is an artist duo from Copenhagen, consisting of Mie Torp Træger and Ayaan Hafiz. The couple, who are also married, started their joint art project in 2017. With roots in Denmark and Bangladesh, they unite their cultural backgrounds in colorful, minimalist art that balances feminine and masculine energies.
Lauri Hopkins creates bas-relief compositions using materials such as sun-bleached book covers, candy wrappers and old papers. Her works feel both timeless and fresh, with her process being intuitive. She arranges, stores, removes and rebuilds the materials, creating a constantly evolving visual language that challenges and engages the viewer.
Charlotte Faucon's works are a beautiful blend of free, organic forms and precise, geometric elements. Her creative process begins with an idea and continues through a search for materials and colors that together create something new and aesthetic.
Per Anders paints with an approach that mixes arranged randomness with carelessness, and his works are filled with colors and recognizable elements. Each image invites the viewer to reflect and find their own thoughts and associations, while the titles support this lyrical expression.
